Description

Partnership with local restaurants providing eligible participants with 7 meal vouchers per month. Coupons are for dine-in only and for a select menu that meets nutritional requirements. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, vouchers can be used for carry-out for the time being. Transportation may be available through Easter Seals (for Mahoning County), MYCAP (for western Mahoning County), Associated Neighbors (for Youngstown), and CARTS (for Columbiana County).

Provides funding for home and community-based services to older adults and individuals under 60 with disabilities. Programs include caregiver support, assisted living and home care waivers, wellness initiatives, recovery services, and advocacy through the Long-term Care Ombudsman.
