Information is available on website - complaint forms and instructions can be found by hitting the "INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS" tab and then hitting "FILING A COMPLAINT" in the drop-down menu. Complaints may also be submitted by mail or email (should include a description of the situation, any documentation of the situation and/or attempts to address the situation, as well as contact information for all parties involved - including the person making the complaint).
