Provides information about the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP). Service includes a PIPP program success booklet, help with understanding PIPP and Graduate PIPP, and education about reverification. Staff is on site to educate. PIPP is transitioning to OH|ID this calendar year - will also be helping clients needing assistance with that transition.
