Application must be received by the treasurer no later than the last day of sixth month following termination of duty. Payment plan must begin in seventh month to avoid penalties and interest

Provides an extension of the due date on property taxes for eligible individuals who are members of the military reserves, on active duty or who have recently completed a tour of active duty.
