Provides the Community Action Agency for Ross County. Serves as an application site for the Ohio Development Service's seasonal energy programs (Emergency HEAP, Winter/Summer Crisis Programs, and PIPP Plus). Purpose is to alleviate the effects and causes of poverty through a variety of programs that serve low-income families, children, and older adults.
