Description
Handles snow and ice removal, plowing and salting, pavement resurfacing, pothole patching, berm maintenance, grass and weed control, guardrail installation, storm sewer and catch basin construction, culvert and ditch maintenance, road sign installation and maintenance, driveway permits. Removes dead deer (no other animal) from roadway. Only on county roads that the Richland County Engineer's office maintains. They will refer caller to proper agency if roadway is maintained by another road department.
