Transitional Housing For Women/Families | Catholic Charities Diocese Of Toledo
Provides six bedrooms for single women and women with children in transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Program includes chores, group living, and employment activities. Families participate in case management to assist them in addressing the root causes of their current homelessness, including Mental Health treatment, Substance use treatment, finding employment (if needed) and permanent housing. Subsidies for permanent housing and referrals to public housing may be available.

Eligibility
No restrictions on previous residence. Serves single women and women with children younger than age 18. Applicants must agree to maintain sobriety while living in this residence. Serves those with household income at or below 35% of the federal poverty level.
