Application process

Clients can self-refer by calling 740-358-1277 where they can leave a message listing the furniture they need. They will receive a callback from HopeNow for more information to determine eligibility and if eligible, will be put on a waiting list for the furniture they need. If needed items are in stock at our warehouse, you will be given an appointment to come to our warehouse to pick up them up. Volunteer staff will assist you in loading your vehicle. If they need help a second time, they must have a referral from their caseworker before they can get assistance from HopeNow.

Eligibility

Individuals demonstrating a need for household furnishings whose total household income is under the income limits set by the food stamp program. Also disabled individuals with documentation and those experiencing a fire, flood, or domestic violence.
