Coordinating services; Case/Care Management for Children's Issues,Case/Care Management Referrals, Children's Rights Groups, Issue Advocacy for Families and Children, Planning/Coordinating and Advisory Groups for Children's Issues, Planning/Coordinating and Advisory Groups for Youth Issues through legislation advocating for children with multiple needs and their families. Children and Family First Council offers a variety of different programs for families including the Help Me Grow Program which serves families with children pre-natal through age 3 with home visits and assistance with developmental delays.
