Eligibility

Must be all three: Resident within the city of Columbus according to https://gis.columbus.gov/csir/ . Extremely low income per HUD: Determined by number in household and annual income. Household of 1, $22,900 a year. 2, $26,200. 3, $29,450. 4, $32,700. 5 $37,650. 6, $43,150. 7, $48,650. 8, $54,150. Facing Homelessness: Cannot be literally homeless already. EITHER less than or equal to two weeks until literal homelessness, OR more than two weeks until literal homelessness, but have been homeless before. For Mortgage assistance: Must meet the above and also have a foreclosure date and have tried the engage in the mortgage company’s payment plan options.

Variety of specialized services, including crisis stabilization, mental health and substance abuse assessments, triage of individuals seeking assistance with mental health crisis and referral to Franklin County's Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system of care. These services are provided for adults and older adults who evidence a mental health and/or substance abuse disorder. Netcare's services are available to anyone regardless of ability to pay.
