EITHER less than or equal to two weeks until literal homelessness, OR more than two weeks until literal homelessness, but have been homeless before.

If they meet the eligibility criteria they can call the Homeless Hotline at 614-274-7000. This does NOT promise financial assistance. Eligible individuals have to be lotteried into receiving financial assistance. Clients that are not selected for financial assistance will get a one-on-one session where they are walked through other options and solutions that may be available to them.

Variety of specialized services, including crisis stabilization, mental health and substance abuse assessments, triage of individuals seeking assistance with mental health crisis and referral to Franklin County's Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system of care. These services are provided for adults and older adults who evidence a mental health and/or substance abuse disorder. Netcare's services are available to anyone regardless of ability to pay.
