Beginning Thursday May 1st, 2025: - Call United Way of Greater Lorain County at (440) 277-6530 to schedule a post-tax season or amended return appointment. If no answer, leave a message for a return call to schedule an appointment. - Or visit the website at https://www.loraincountyfreetaxprep.org/ to schedule an appointment.

- Serves individuals and couples that have an earned income and adjusted gross income (AGI) of $65,000 or less during the 2024 tax year. - Both spouses must be present if filing a joint return. - Able to assist with up to $25,000 in Small Business Income. There are some limitations that are beyond the reach of this service such as income from rental property. - Investment income must be $3,500 or less for the year. - Available to assist all taxpayers with IRS correspondence and/or issues even if the return was not originally prepared by our program
