Requests participants wear face coverings unless engaged in activities. Call to pre-register during open hours for each site. Call or visit local branch during open hours to inquire about membership, including scholarship application process.

Free to members. Not available to others. Membership fees are sliding scale and are based on annual income, size of household, and family special circumstances (medical expenses, unemployment, etc.). No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
