  • To sign-up for water service or billing questions, call the Utilities Billing Customer Service.
  • If a possible waterline break is apparent, call the Water Stockroom at 330-971-8005 during normal business hours. After regular business hours or on the weekend, direct calls to the police department non-emergency number of 330-928-2181.
