Application process

Contact the Homeless Hotline for a Housing Assessment and Intake. Maintains a waiting list for the program. Note: After applying potential clients must call in bi-weekly to check on their status.

Fee

Participants pay a security deposit of $350 and monthly rent based on 30% of income. Rent includes all utilities. Assistance with security deposit may be available.

Eligibility

Serves single parent families. Must meet the following criteria: - Homeless. - Head of household is age 18 or older. - Custody of at least one (1) child. - Have a disability of long duration. - Third trimester of pregnancy or working on a reunification plan within 90 days.
