Eligibility
Open to youth who:
- are between the ages of 0 and 20
- reside in western Hamilton County
- are eligible for Ohio Medicaid
- are in need of significant behavioral health services, determined by a Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment.
- Children and youth may also be eligible due to certain urgent conditions, such as hospitalization for behavioral health reasons.
