Eligibility

Open to youth who:

  • are between the ages of 0 and 20
  • reside in western Hamilton County
  • are eligible for Ohio Medicaid
  • are in need of significant behavioral health services, determined by a Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment.
  • Children and youth may also be eligible due to certain urgent conditions, such as hospitalization for behavioral health reasons.
