Operates as a collaborative of agencies that work with unsheltered people. Takes reports of where homeless people are and then goes out to that location to help them find needed services such as shelter and treatment. Accepts reports such as: group of homeless people have been hanging out on the street; homeless person wandering in the neighborhood; homeless person sleeping behind house. This is not an emergency service. Does not handle reports of violent or criminal activity.

Phone to make a report M-F: 9:00am-4:00pm or leave a message anytime. Reports may be made anonymously. Will attempt to contact the homeless person within 24 hours after report is made.

Functions as a body of homeless and formerly homeless persons, public, private and nonprofit organizations, and individuals whose goal is to organize and empower homeless and at-risk persons through public education, advocacy, and the promotion of nurturing environments. The goal of the organization is to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
