Eligibility

Serves residents of Northeastern and Central Ohio with bleeding disorders. Eligible families can request this assistance once per yearly cycle. Only certain qualified expenses will be considered that are related to the bleeding disorder and there is a household lifetime cap.

The yearly cycle goes from July 1st through June 30th of the following year.
