Serves residents of Northeastern and Central Ohio with bleeding disorders. Eligible families can request this assistance once-yearly up to $500. Only certain qualified expenses will be considered and there is a household lifetime cap of $2,000.
The yearly cycle goes from July 1st through June 30th of the following year.
