Serves youth, ages 6-18, who are residents of Adams, Athens, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Highland, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Union and Vinton counties in Ohio and Greenup County in Kentucky. Cub Scouts serves youth ages 6-10 and Scouts BSA serves youth ages 11-18.

Offers a volunteer-led, professionally-supervised, educational and recreational outdoor-based program for children and youth. Youth become part of a troop and participate in camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
