Eligibility

*Applicants must be at or below 125% of the federal poverty level. *Applicants are also ineligible if providing assistance would create a conflict of interest. Client may be eligible for representation in the following cases: *Client and/or their children are a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking and need help with a protection order, divorce, custody, or support matter *Client is getting a divorce and have a long-term marriage and need court-ordered financial support or possession of marital assets to achieve safety and stability *Client is disabled and need help modifying your child support order *A county or state agency required to help client has failed to act within a required time frame *The Court has denied client right to court appointed counsel
