Application process

Currently there is no mandate in place regarding wearing masks in establishments. Call for information. If staff determine that there is a high probability that the caller may have contracted Coronavirus, they will instruct them on what steps to take next. Information on website is available anytime.

Description

Provides general information, rumor control, and updates about the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19). Staff can answer questions about the disease, how it is spread, and its prevention. Line is staffed by Public Health officials. Website provides information on testing sites throughout Ohio as well as some "pop-up" testing locations.
