Eligibility
- Any Ohio resident may obtain a Twinsburg Public Library Card. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present to apply and co-sign for a library card. - Homebound delivery service is available to individuals residing in the Twinsburg school district who are unable to come to the library due to illness, disability, or caregiver responsibilities.
