Miami County residents with a minor child in the home with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Some PRC services are also available to non-custodial parents of a minor child who live in Miami County but in a separate household from the child

PRC Services are provided as emergency assistance to income eligible households. Households must meet the monthly gross income requirements for the services/programs for which they are applying and the household must include a minor child. Verifications of household income, residence and need must be documented. Need must be established by a shut off notice for electric assistance through Contingency Services. Assistance may be provided once in a twelve month period.
