Cuyahoga County adults aged 60 or older, or those 18 to 59 years of age with a disability with proof of SSDI. Income at or below 200% of the 2024 Federal Poverty Level ($30,120). Client, spouse, or household member is active in ongoing services with any DSAS Program. Utility bill(s) must be past due or have a disconnect notice, and the amount needed to bring the bill current cannot exceed the maximum assistance available. For rent assistance, client must be facing eviction to qualify for assistance. Must have income if looking for rent assistance. Those needing assistance who are not current DSAS clients should be referred to Centralized Intake to begin the application process. Service can only be used once.
