Application process

Phone for information or to make a reservation M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. Calls received during the hours of 8:30am-11:30am will be taken immediately or returned within an hour. Calls received after 11:30am will be returned by 12:00noon the next working day.

Description

Provides transportation for medical appointments (except following a surgical procedure), routine errands, recreation, religious and social events. The van driver in not permitted to cross the threshold of the resident’s home. The driver may assist with a limited number of light packages. Also, can help individuals register for the Senior Transportation Connection for trips needed outside of the City of Solon.
