Phone Service Center for information or to request registration forms be sent via mail - September 1st through May 31st - Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00am-1:30pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm; Wednesday: 11:00am-1:30pm and 2:00pm-7:00pm; Friday: 11:00am-1:30pm and 2:00pm-5:00pm; 2nd Saturday: 9:00am-12:00noon. Eligibility

Any girl who has finished kindergarten, but has not yet started college (Generally, ages 5-17, but will accept those with developmental disabilities up to age 21). Service area in Ohio includes the following counties: Allen, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Defiance, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Logan, Lucas, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Ottawa, Preble, Paulding, Putnam, Shelby, Van Wert, Warren, Williams, and Wood.
