Programs consist of 674 apartment units providing safe and sanitary housing at the following locations; Coopermill, Larzelere, Maple Terrace, Race Circle, Adams Circle, Michael Drive, Bonifield Court provide application required.

Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority
Provides low to moderate income housing for families, elderly and disabled through public housing and Section 8 programs. Their apartments are: Coopermill Manor; Maple Terrace; Adams Circle; Larzelere Ave.; Race Circle; Michael Drive and Bonifield Court. Section 8 provides rental assistance within a private setting. Qualified applicants choose where they want to live as long as the rent is reasonable and the property meets housing quality standards. Section 8 also offers three special programs, the family unification program which is a collaboration with Children Services to reunite and keep families together, the welfare to work program and the mainstream housing program. the welfare to work program is a collaboration with the Muskingum County DHS while the Mainstream housing program is a collaboration with Six County to serve disabled applicants.
