Provides enforcement of child support orders. Services include: location of absent parents, establishment or modification of child support and medical support, enforcement of existing child support orders, establishment of paternity, timely collection and disbursement of payments, interstate collection of child support, and the withholding of wages and unearned income for the purpose of child support. Also offers a mediation process by which those who are in arrears with their child support order may make payment arrangements and (in some cases) speed up the process for re-establishing their driving privileges.

Custodial parents who are receiving Ohio Works First (OWF) or Medicaid automatically become eligible for child support services. All others need to complete an application for services.
