Mobile Screenings | Kidney Foundation Of Northwest Ohio
Provides preventative measures for combating chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and end-stage renal failure. Offer free mobile screenings to our 20-county service area. These screenings include blood pressure, glucose, and A1C tests provided in partnership with the UToledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Department.

Service has no restrictions but prefer moobile screenings requests come from: - Faith-based organizations such as churches, mosques, synagogues, or other spaces of worship. - Youth and Family Organizations such as YMCA/YWCA's, Boys & Girls Clubs, and Recreation Centers / Community Centers. - Schools and colleges such as public schools, colleges, and universities, as well as Head Start/ early childhood centers. - Social service organizations such as food pantries and soup kitchens, houseless shelters and transitional housing programs, Senior centers and Area Agencies on Aging. - Cultural and civic organizations such as libraries, Rotary, Lions Club, Kiwanis, Cultural centers (Latino, African American, Muslim, etc.). - Workplaces and Unions such as large employers (factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools).
