Services include assessment of needs, training with cooking utensils, cooking surfaces, telephones, controls for cooling/heating, cleaning procedures and use of equipment, and mobility training in the home and neighborhood. Provides vocational rehabilitation services and social security disability determinations for Ohioans with disabilities. The objective of vocational rehabilitation services is employment. The Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired (BSVI) and the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR) are the two agency bureaus that offer direct service to clients.
