Eligibility

Residents of Allen, Auglaize, or Mercer Counties, under 175% of Federal Poverty Guidelines, have a shut off notice, have been disconnected, or have less than 25% supply of bulk fuel in the tank.Those with a SHUT-OFF or ESTABLISHING NEW SERVICE must come in as a walk-in.

Required documents

Verification of past 30 days of income (12 months is preferred), Social Security Numbers of all in household, utility bills and verification of birth for all household members, if renting landlords name, phone number and address, proof of citizenship for all household members
