Offers a maximum of $300 assistance (per year) in rent, utility bill (electric or gas), and prescriptions, based on availability of funding. Provides motel vouchers to transients within service area in need of emergency shelter, if funds are available. Assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.

- Serves residents of Chatham Township, Lafayette Township, York Township, Creston, West Salem and the following ZIP codes: 44215, 44217, 44235, 44251, 44253, 44254, 44273 or 44275. - Must have exhausted all other available government assistance programs before receiving service. - Funds for motel vouchers may be available only to those who are in the service area. - Maximum amount of assistance per family per year is $300.
