The website launches on December 1st each year and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Starting at 4:00am EST on December 24th, website visitors can see updates as Santa makes preparations for his flight. Then, at 6:00am EST, trackers worldwide can call until 12:00midnight to inquire as to Santa’s whereabouts by dialing the toll-free number where they will either speak with a live phone operator or hear a recorded update. On December 24th, from 6:00am EST until 12:00midnight, phone the NORAD Tracks Santa Operations Center to inquire about Santa's whereabouts.
