PRE-FILING BANKRUPTCY COUNSELING | APPRISEN
Provides pre-filing bankruptcy counseling which is required to be completed prior to the bankruptcy petition being filed. Subjects covered include budget analysis, financial net worth analysis, alternatives to bankruptcy, and review of Chapter 7 and 13 personal bankruptcy. Agency has been approved by the U.S. Trustees office to offer this course.
