Eligibility

1. Client must meet 200% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines 2. Client is not enrolled in Medicaid such as CareSource, United Healthcare, Buckeye Community Health Plan, Molina Healthcare, Paramount Advantage, Ohio Medicaid or any other vision insurance that has vision benefits.

Provides free eye exams and glasses to all children and their family who qualify. Additional services include preschool vision training and preschool screening programs, educational curricula and brochures, research, and advocacy for public health issues relating to vision and blindness.
