Client may be eligible for representation in the following cases: *Sued for foreclosure, debt collection, or other debt *Would like to file bankruptcy *Wages, government benefits, or bank accounts garnished *Victim of a scam or were misled about car or home repairs *Being harassed by debt collectors *Errors on your credit report *Unable to pay your student loans *Utilities are disconnected or about to be disconnected *Drivers’ license has been suspended. *IRS letter telling you that your tax return is being audited or examined *IRS notice or letter that there is a “deficiency” in your taxes *Owe a tax debt that you are not able to pay or don’t agree that you owe *Need to make changes to a return that has already been filed and processed *Have not received the correct amount of refund from tax returns *Someone stole your identity and is using it to file tax returns
