Notaries may not notarize more than four (4) signatures per visit and reserve the right to refuse notarizing documents.
Does NOT notarize the following documents:
- Real Estate Transactions or Mortgage Documents.
- Final Wills and Trusts.
- Power of Attorney.
- Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 Forms.
- Copy Certifications.
- Documents written in any language other than English.
Required documents
Legal identification with a picture such as a passport or driver's license.
Hours
Call ahead to confirm availability. Available during most of the Library’s hours of business, including evenings and weekends. Notary service is not available during the last 30 minutes before the library closes.
