Common Ground | Buckeye Ranch

The Buckeye Ranch Visitation and Exchange Program, known as "Common Ground", offers families a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere in which safe, structured, and neutral visitation and safe exchanges can be provided. Families from all walks of life are ordered to have visitation and exchanges for various reasons. The Buckeye Ranch Visitation and Exchange Program offers the following services: Supervised Visitation – On-site visitations with a trained monitor who is present with the child(ren) at all times. Monitored Visitation – On-site monitored visitation with a trained monitor who assists, when needed, and periodically checks in on the visitation. Safe Exchanges - On-site supervised exchange of child(ren) between custodial and non-custodial parents/parties.

Visitation hours: Sun 1 pm-6:30 pm, Tue-Fri 3 pm-8 pm, Sat 8 am-1 pm.

Application process

Once the referral form is received, your next step in setting up visitation/exchange services is to schedule an orientation session. An orientation session must be completed before visitation/exchanges can begin. Each party will complete an orientation session individually to determine the appropriateness, frequency, timing and scheduling of visitation/exchanges. Your orientation session will take approximately an hour and a half (1.5 hours). Once both parties complete their orientation sessions, a visitation/exchange schedule will be developed based on the programs availability in addition to attempting to accommodate each parties request and the court order.

The cost of Orientation is $30.00

Eligibility

Referral can be made by Judges, Magistrates, GAL's, Attorney's, Mediation, etcetera and/or a self referral can be made by one party.
