Eligibility
Serves Tuscarawas County families at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines who have a child less than 12 months old or are at least 32 weeks pregnant, who do not have a safe place for their infant to sleep, and who are willing to attend a safe sleep training demonstration.

Proof of income - accepts a variety of proofs.

Call the office at extension 1530 Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm for more information and to make an appointment. There occasionally may be a waiting list for this service.

Provides a portable crib, fitted sheets, a sleep sack, pacifier, and educational materials to eligible families. A brief follow up call will be scheduled for a month after the baby is born or after a portable has been picked up for an existing child.
