Program is operated through the Marietta City Law Director's Office, and provides services to victims of the following violent misdemeanor crimes: - Domestic Violence - Assault - Menacing by Stalking - Menacing/Aggravated Menacing - Telephone Harassment - Criminal Trespassing/Aggravated Trespassing - Criminal Damaging - Vehicular Homicide/Manslaughter - Negligent Homicide - Sexual Imposition Services include case information, court advocacy, legal rights information, hearing notification, protection orders, property return, input in sentencing, and recovering costs.
