1. Provide inspection and consultation duties to those holding Ohio EPA solid waste license and Licking County Board of Health transfer station registration certificates. 2. To ensure licensed/registered facilities are in compliance with Ohio Revised Code 3734. 3. To provide for the safe and sanitary disposition and transfer of solid waste in Licking County. Also Infectious Waste, Compost Facilities, Construction Landfills, Tire Facilities, Household Hazardous Waste, and Solid Waste Nuisances
