Handles special needs adoptions, such as older children, children with behavioral issues, and children with disabilities and/or health issues. Recruits, prepares, trains, educates and supports prospective adoptive parents, including relative caregivers seeking to adopt. Adoption specialists provide a complete adoption home study.
