Eligibility
- Currently be in treatment for stage 0-3 breast cancer that was diagnosed within the past 24 months or living with metastatic breast cancer.
- Have a current annual income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- Live in the United States.
- Individuals may apply once per 12-months, based on last payment date.

Funds may be used on daily living costs including:

- Utilities such as gas, electric, water, and/or phone.
- Food or groceries.
- Transportation.
- Medical needs.
