Eligibility

  • Currently be in treatment for stage 0-3 breast cancer that was diagnosed within the past 24 months or living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
  • Have a current annual income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
  • Live in the United States.
  • Individuals may apply once per lifetime.

  • Physician letter confirming diagnosis and current treatment.

Visit the website for more information and to complete application. Applications must be completed online through the MyKomen Health portal. Note: This is not an emergency fund. Applications are generally reviewed and processed within eight (8) weeks. Applications may close when funds are limited.

  • Utilities such as gas, electric, water, and/or phone.

  • Medical needs.
