Eligibility

- Currently be in treatment for stage 0-3 breast cancer that was diagnosed within the past 24 months or living with metastatic breast cancer. - Have a current annual income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. - Live in the United States. - Individuals may apply once per 12-months, based on last payment date.

Provides financial assistance to help breast cancer patients and their families endure the high costs of breast cancer treatment. Funding amount varies based on breast cancer stage ($500 for earlier stage 0-3 and $750 for stage 4 metastatic breast cancer). Funds may be used on daily living costs including: - Rent and mortgage. - Utilities such as gas, electric, water, and/or phone. - Food or groceries. - Transportation. - Medical needs.
