Eligibility
A kinship caregiver who has obtained foster home certification and has had the child placed in their home for a minimum of six months prior to being given legal custody or guardianship. The kinship foster parent must have committed to caring for the child on a permanent basis and signed a KGAP agreement. Household income must not exceed 300% of the federal poverty guideline. The county PCSA must have an approved kinship home assessment.
