HOOKED ON FISHING NOT ON DRUGS/ PASSPORT TO FISHING | CLEVELAND TREATMENT CENTER

An aquatic/outdoors educational program that serves as a primary prevention and early intervention project for youth. The program is designed to supply activities that are alternatives to drug and alcohol use and experimentation. Also provides eduction services that address stressors such as alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, violence, leadership skills, coping skills, and other services that negatively impact youth.

CLEVELAND TREATMENT CENTER

Operates a methadone maintenance/opiod agonist medication outpatient drug treatment facility for opiate and other drugs of addiction. Treatment includes case management, crisis intervention, laboratory urinalysis, methadone administration, individual or group counseling, medical evaluations, and a program for pregnant or postpartum addicted women which offers case management services and links to community resources. Provides alcohol and drug assessments as well as referrals to other appropriate programs. The center also offers educational and prevention programs targeted against alcohol abuse/misuse, urban violence, HIV/AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis.
