Provides training to help people with low vision to be independent in their homes. Services include assessment of needs, training with cooking utensils, cooking surfaces, telephones, controls for cooling/heating, cleaning procedures and use of equipment, and mobility training in the home and neighborhood. Provides assistive devices where indicated.
