Offers Victim Information Notification Everyday (VINE), a confidential automated notification system that alerts crime victims and other concerned individuals about a change in the status of an offender who is in custody in Kentucky. Registered individuals may choose to be notified by phone call, text message, or email when an offender is released from custody or transferred to a different facility.
