Application process

Walk-in for service, must arrive no later than 3:45pm for same-day service. Can obtain application via website. Also, may order certificate by mail or phone (orders placed before 9:30am will be mailed out the same day. Orders placed after 9:30am will be mailed the next business day.) If by mail, it is best to phone first to receive complete information about mailing procedures.

Fixed fee; cash, check, or credit/debit card if paying in person, money order only by mail, and credit card only by phone.
